Data Processing Agreement
This agreement forms part of the Terms of Service between DiVision Digital Limited (the "processor") and the agency (the "controller").
1. Scope
We process personal data only to provide SeenlySEO, including user accounts, client logins, review monitoring alert recipients and contact details you add for your clients.
2. Instructions
We process personal data only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your use of the platform, unless the law requires otherwise.
3. Types of data
Names, email addresses, IP addresses, login and security records, and business contact information. Public review content from Google, including reviewer names, may be processed for review monitoring.
4. Confidentiality
Everyone who processes personal data for us is bound by confidentiality.
5. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, described in our Security Overview, including encryption in transit, row level access controls between agencies, two-factor authentication and audit logging.
6. Sub-processors
You authorise us to use these sub-processors: our cloud hosting and database provider, DataForSEO (search data), Google (email delivery and maps data) and Stripe (payments). We will give notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, and you may object.
7. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
8. Data subject requests
We will help you respond to requests from individuals exercising their rights, taking into account the nature of the processing.
9. Breaches
We will tell you without undue delay, and within 48 hours where possible, after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.
10. Deletion
When your account ends, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
11. Audits
We will make available the information needed to show compliance with this agreement, and allow reasonable audits with notice.
