DiVision Digital Limited ("we") runs SeenlySEO. We are the controller for data about the agencies who buy from us and visitors to our website. For data agencies add about their own clients, the agency is the controller and we act as processor.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, password (stored securely hashed).
• Security records: login times, IP addresses, browser details and two-factor codes sent.
• Billing details: company name, address and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
• Website enquiries: what you send through our contact form.

Why we use it

• To provide and secure the service (contract).
• To bill you and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
• To prevent fraud and misuse (legitimate interests).
• To send service emails such as login codes, alerts and reports (contract).
• To send marketing only where you have agreed (consent).

Who we share it with

Only the sub-processors listed in our Data Processing Agreement, and authorities where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Account data while your account is open and 30 days after. Security logs for 12 months. Billing records for 6 years.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the details on our website. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
