Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between DiVision Digital Limited ("we", "us"), trading as SeenlySEO, and the business that signs up for an account ("you", "the agency").

1. The service

SeenlySEO is a white-label local rank tracking platform. It lets you track Google Search, local pack and Google Maps rankings, run geo-grid scans, monitor reviews and share branded reports with your own clients.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your login secure. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by team members and client logins you invite. Two-factor authentication is required for all users.

3. Your clients

You may resell or provide access to SeenlySEO under your own brand. You are responsible for your relationship with your clients, including your own terms, pricing and support. These terms apply to every user you invite. We have no contract with your clients.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to break the law, scrape or resell raw data outside the platform, attempt to access other agencies' data, overload or reverse engineer the service, or upload harmful content.

5. Plans, fees and VAT

Fees are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT, which is added at the UK rate of 20% where it applies. Plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Usage beyond your plan allowance may be limited or charged as shown in your plan. Unpaid accounts may be suspended.

6. Free trial

New agencies get a 14 day trial. At the end of the trial you must choose a paid plan to keep using the service.

7. Data

You own the data you add. We process personal data on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. Ranking data comes from third party providers and may contain inaccuracies.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may carry out maintenance and change features, and will tell you about significant changes.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is. Search rankings change constantly and we do not guarantee any result. Our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or end your account if you seriously breach these terms. After cancellation you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish a new version with a version number and tell you about material changes before they take effect.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
